1st and 3rd Mondays of the month, 7-8:30 p.m. at the Mental Health Center Serving Boulder and Broomfield Counties, 1333 Iris Ave., Boulder. We meet in the Norton Room.

First Presbyterian Mental Illness Support Group (for family members and friends)
Meets on the third Sunday of every month in the Counseling Conference Room at First Presbyterian Church of Boulder, 1820 15th Street. We strive to be a welcoming and safe haven, a confidential environment, where we can listen, encourage and support other families in similar situations. More importantly, we hope this will be a time for spiritual guidance, hope and comfort. If you have any questions, please call Shirley Berg at 303.442.1925.

Flatirons Community Church – "Shift" Program helps people who are dealing with many different types of struggles. Friday evenings, worship and teaching followed by small groups. A Christ-centered program focused on 8 recovery principles (based on the 12 steps). Anyone is welcome to attend. The Mental Health/Chronic Pain groups are for consumers; family member are encouraged to attend the Codependence group. Groups are separated by gender. Listening, sharing and learning helps to find more ways to confront issues and empower yourself while coping with challenges. Suicide Survivors Support Group
Free support group for family and friends of someone who has died from suicide. Parish House (236 Third Avenue), Longmont. 1st and 3rd Wednesday evenings, 5:30-7:00.
